COVID-19 UPDATE, November 12, 2021

We are pleased that the coronavirus pandemic seems to be finally slowing down here in Fairfield County, primarily due to so many eligible people (that’s everyone 5 years and older!) being vaccinated against COVID 19!! Thank you to all who are vaccinated! You are not only helping yourselves – you are helping all of us! We are cautiously optimistic about a continuing return to some sense of normal.

Please be aware that all in-person office visits will still require a mask to be worn by everyone over 2 years of age, regardless of vaccination status.

We CANNOT accommodate walk-in visits yet – but we can certainly still take care of your children when they are sick!

Our in-person office visits have liberalized a bit:

WELL VISITS:

We continue to see well visits in the office. It is important that you make/keep your child’s regular physical exam appointments, especially for vaccines. As we return to normal, exams are needed for school, sports and camp. We advise you to try to make these appointments well ahead of time to allow you the most convenient choice of times.

SICK VISITS:

Sick visits are by appointment only. Depending on the specific circumstances, they may be via telemedicine or in person. We continue to strive to ensure everyone’s safety; so please be patient with any inconveniences.
